Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international or worldwide shipping at this time.
Handling Time
All orders go through a production process before dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be prepared.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail. Your order is processed at our facilities before being handed over to the carrier for final delivery.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. We will notify you promptly if any delay occurs.
